Your Role:Â
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impressionÂ
- Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gapsÂ
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient recordsÂ
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellationsÂ
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and chartsÂ
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointmentsÂ
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive mannerÂ

About You:Â
- Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is requiredÂ
- Experience with dental software programs is requiredÂ
- Clinical background is considered an assetÂ
