To simplify your first visit, please fill out our New Patient Form* online prior to your appointment or arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out in office.
*IMPORTANT: Any form submitted by email must be encrypted, to ensure it is secure. By submitting an unencrypted email form, you are consenting to an unsecured email. Alternatively, please print off the form, complete it, and bring it to our office.
Initial Examination
Our dentists will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and by completing a comprehensive dental examination. Your exam will include a comprehensive assessment of your gums, bite, jaw and of course, teeth. We will also provide an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

To book an appointment at Robie Street Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us, call us as soon as your can. This way, we can offer this space in our schedule to another of our patients and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive an automated text, email or phone appointment reminder from our office. If you need the cancel or reschedule you appointment, call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in several languages including Cantonese and Arabic.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
No, we do not offer free on-site parking for our patients. However, we are easily accessible by public transit.
Insurance & Payment Options
At Robie Street Dental Centre, we will help you to navigate the options we offer for payment, from direct billing to your insurance company to our variety of accepted payment methods.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing services for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can also submit your insurance claims electronically, meaning you will get reimbursed faster and without the need for signing paper forms.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.
- Payment Methods
Any amount of co-pays not covered by your insurance provider are your own responsibility. You must pay it at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
