Your First Visit

To simplify your first visit, please fill out our New Patient Form* online prior to your appointment or arrive 10 minutes early to fill it out in our office.

Initial Examination

Our dentists will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and by completing a comprehensive dental examination. Your exam will include a comprehensive assessment of your gums, bite, jaw and of course, teeth. We will also provide an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Payment Options

At Robie Street Dental Centre, we will help you to navigate the options we offer for payment, from direct billing to your insurance company to our variety of accepted payment methods.

Direct Billing to Insurance

We offer direct billing services for most insurance plans.  Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

Payment Methods

Any amount of co-pays not covered by your insurance provider is your responsibility. You must pay it at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To book an appointment at Robie Street Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us, call us as soon as you can. This way, we can offer this space in our schedule to another of our patients and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive an automated text, email or phone appointment reminder from our office. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  There is on-street parking available and we are easily accessible by public transit.
